Will a federal RICO suit against CPS work? Worth a try. SIGN UP LINK HERE.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) of 1970 "focuses specifically on racketeering and allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes they ordered others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because they did not actually commit the crime personally." (Source: Wikipedia)

While the Act has typical been used against non-government entities, its use against agents of the government is not unheard of, and in the case of the so-called "child protective" "services" (CPS), definitely should apply. Only rarely do CPS employees actually participate in the abuse and other criminal acts against the children they place with other evil people, or in situations where evil people (with criminal intent against the young and vulnerable) are regularly present or are given access to their victims.

Usually, even the CPS employees "protected status" can not regularly and fully protect them if they are directly involved in physical or sexual abuse of children, and RICO would surely be a method to get at them for their culpability in the physical and/or sexual abuse that occurs because of their actions.

There is an organized effort underway by a family rights group to get a major class law suit under RICO filed by victims and aggrieved parents/caregivers.

(aka CPS's raison d'etre.)

Here is an excerpt:

"Have you been a victimized by CPS in any of the following ways?

Kidnapping
Extortion
Fraud and Related Activity in Connection with Identification Documents
Obstruction of Justice
Slavery or Trafficking
Sexual Exploitation of Children
Unlawful Welfare Payments
Medical Fraud
Collusion
Bribery via Gift or Money
Abuse While in CPS Custody
Falsifying Court Documents and Petitions
No Reasonable Efforts for Kinship Placement or to Keep the Children at Home
Court Hearings Without Proper Notification
Illegal Termination of Parental Rights
Denial of Disability Accommodations under the ADA
Violation of Constitutional Due Process

In order for your case to be attached to the request for the RICO Investigation, you must have solid evidence of at least one of the above criminal acts or civil rights violations. If your case documents are not submitted with the RICO Request, it does not mean that your case will not be investigated at a federal level if the RICO request is granted. The goal of the RICO request is to have all cases of wrongful removal of children from their biological parents investigated."

While most of the court system(s) that are linked to CPS are designed to cover for their myriad and various sins, there are elements of the court system that are not under their control and that just might be willing to do something. It sure can't hurt to give this a try!

I can't urge strongly enough anyone who has been abused by CPS and has the necessary proof to GO VISIT THE LINK ABOVE and get in touch with these people. It can only help, and their is no real down side to it.
