Senator Roy Moore...fighting back against all the RINO/Democrat Defamation

Judge Roy Moore of Alabama first made a national name for himself by refusing to take down The Ten Commandments for the State Supreme Court Building after being ordered to do so by the atheist idiots at the ACLU and elsewhere who somehow think we became the most blessed and richest nation on the planet by magic.

We all know about the amazing power play (that the President, at the very least, silently condoned) that came into being to bring up bogus charges about what Roy's personal dating life was supposedly like 40 years ago. That was designed to keep him from winning the shoe-in election for The United States Senate in deep red Alabama that should have (but for that, and HUGE VOTER FRAUD) had a true Christian and patriot voice in our nation's most august body these past couple of years.

Roy is suing the pants off them now. Not sure why it took so long, but I for one am going to be praying that he is successful and that the Democrat/RINO coalition of swamp dwellers that came together to keep a man of God from being in their nest of vipers with them get the DUE PUBLICITY they deserve for this treasonous activity.

JUDGE MOORE TAKES LEGAL ACTION

Today Judge Roy Moore and his attorneys Melissa Isaak and Larry Klayman took yet another action to stop "Fake News."

An action has been filed in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Moore v. Lowe et al, Case Number 4:20-cv-00124-JEO, against the Washington Examiner, its owner, publisher, editors, and writers for false and malicious statements made to disparage, intimidate, and libel the character, reputation, and integrity of Judge Roy Moore.

Judge Moore made the following statement:

'Like the people of Alabama, I am sick and tired of 'fake news' by media organizations which pretend to print the truth but in reality, are politically and philosophically motivated to distort the true facts for their own ends. Unlike some who choose to suffer in silence, I have decided to fight back!'

Judge Moore has previously filed civil actions against Priorities USA (which had previously funded Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election), Senate Majority PAC (SMP), Bully Pulpit Interactive, and Waterfront Strategies, Case No. 4:19-cv-01855-CLM, also filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. In those cases, Judge Moore sued for damages for defamation and for false political advertisements of Hwy 31, a super PAC created by Washington D.C. defendants to help Doug Jones in the 2017 U.S. Senate special election in Alabama.

Judge Moore is a candidate for the office of United States Senate in the upcoming election in 2020.
