Amazing reminder of how America should work from the good folks at The Tenth Amendment Center.

I've written about these people before, but they definitely have the right idea about how to get America to work the way it was designed to work again. You definitely need to support them. Their website is at tenthamendmentcenter.com. Mike Maharrey has been a guest on my radio program, and he is a very good writer, and a true CONSTITUTIONAL conservative/patriot, as you can clearly see here:

https://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2018/09/19/the-unheeded-advice-in-george-washingtons-farewell-address/

Here is an excerpt to tickle your fancy:

"Washington advised that we should hold tight to the original Constitution and avoid giving in to the temptation to turn it into a 'living, breathing' document that changes at the whim of whoever holds power. As Washington put it, we must 'resist with care the spirit of innovation upon its principles, however specious the pretexts.' Washington wrote that 'one method of assault may be to effect, in the forms of the Constitution, alterations which will impair the energy of the system, and thus to undermine what cannot be directly overthrown.'

We see these alterations in the Constitution all the time – mostly courtesy of the federal courts as they have expanded various clauses to 'authorize' federal actions that were clearly left to the states and the people. Thanks to these constitutional 'alterations,' the federal government has interjected itself into almost every area of our lives, from dictating how much water flushes down our toilets to the kinds of light bulbs we can screw into our fixtures."

The article just keeps getting better from there, and is definitely worth your time.

Speaking of the Tenth Amendment...Here it is (because you will never hear it discussed by our "representatives" or the people on T.V.):

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

Why do we never hear about it? Because it flies in the face of what 90% of the population, sadly, seems to want nowadays...i.e. a strong, centralized, federal government that is all-powerful and unquestioned by the States (or the people) in its rapaciousness.

We need to plaster the Tenth Amendment on light poles all across America, and in high-traffic locations everywhere. If we don't get Americans AWAKE soon, to how America is supposed to operate, there will be no America left. Truly.

The people need to nullify bad law through the jury process at every opportunity. They need to elect tenth-amendment supporting state governors who will nullify bad federal mandates at every opportunity. In short, we need to start USING our Constitution before we totally lose it. Nullification works, and The Tenth Amendment Center is the center of the effort to reclaim our Constitutional Republic.

Support them!

Thanks, man!

Before we add new amendments or try to fix things with the tenth amendment, we need to implement the 13 th amendment which was ratified by Virginia and 13 states, despite what the Feds tell you. Then we restore common law and the courts as they existed prior to the Civil War, end Admiralty law in Federal Courts, send the judges and BAR attorneys back to Britain and their British Acredidation Registry Service, disband their fake Constitution and end martial law and military rule which every year Congress, loyal to Britain and to Israel, renew year by year secretively. Then we end the U.S. Civil War of the Feds against We the People which never ended since there was never a truce. Until these issues are addressed, it is no use to talk about a 10th amendment!

I have many more resources and links on this also.

I share your beliefs, but I would differ on strategy. We can use nullification as a pry bar to begin to FORCE some of the other changes you suggest. The only other way is violent revolution, which--given our current state of ungodliness as a nation--is doomed to failure.

All we need to do is get Virginia to ratify again the 13th amendment and it will solve all the problems. After we make a national case of it, if they fail to ratify, then we enter with the evidence that actually they already ratified it. It is that simple!

I just updated my response above with some links also. Check them out. See the PDF link at the fourwinds site..it is the best of all...

The constitution became a useless text when Washington 'federalized' the militia. It no longer was a representing document of a 'free state' as mentioned in the second amendment, and through such actions created a federal standing army equal to or greater in size than the original revolutionary army.

It wasn't long before veterans of the revolutionary army would see the drafted federal army marching against them and killing them.

With whatever was spoken about a standing army Washington wanted a military academy which was to become West Point. The establishment of the national standing military complex. So the continued army was not an artifact of civil power from that point on, but under military power as the first president deployed it.

The principles of the Bill of Rights didn't make it through the first president, why would it hold until now?
