I slept wrong in my right elbow. It wouldn't bend when I woke up, so I put comfrey on it when I started writing you this morning. It no longer hurts, and I am using it just fine. 😊
It is a royal pain, but it is worth the effort!

About $10 an ounce in small boittles, a little less in bigger ones; maybe $50 for 8 oz bottles. I am making 2 gallons....

Some people at church insist on paying, so I tell them to give the money to the children's offering.
