I may, this is good information! They used two different curing methods for the best chance of preservation. It looks like they intended to come back for them, but didn't survive.

That worked well, LOL! So we have original texts to compare with modern texts to check accuracy.! Nice....

With the spectrum analysis, they have the formula. We just don't use Vellum anymore....
