That IS the problem, they need to stay VOTER Bought; and not cash bought! Cash bought should be considered treason, and grounds for removal! Those providing the cash, should be locked out of government contracts for a century! Those actually responsible should be Jailed, and no longer able to vote, or run for office!
We have one here we need to remove in the primary! He is a RINO, and only marginally better that the liberal he opposed!
