Face book is not private even in a technical sense, because the social media technology was stolen from Leader Technologies by Government Agents and given illegally to Facebook. Not only that but see the fact that Government grants provided start up and maintenance and they still get them today. Thus even technically Facebook is a public organization. Zuckerburg should go to jail along with the entire board in my opinion.
