Well from looking at my title image it would certainly seem like its not the best of cities in America ! Does it ?? Maybe because for thirty years it has been solely run by a Democrat Mafia style political control which has been stealing all government funding absorbing it into their slush funds and associated NGO foundations, which supposedly help the communities !
