The Petro/Sovereign Bolivar is a system without debt at its core. This is the thing it has going for it. If Maduro pulls this off, it will incur the wrath of everyone on Wall St. and the City of London.

While I think Maduro is an illiterate bus driver, I also feel he's getting excellent advice from Russia and China on this.
