Yes, but the big business is that governments use the money in dollars.
All of it is big business and all contributes to the dollar remaining the worlds reserve currency. Another factor is our actual notes, we have the best notes and the best anti counterfeiting efforts, for anyone in the world dealing in cash American dollars that is an advantage over the easy to counterfeit notes from other countries.
I have not denied any of that.
