Who is the government in America.

There is a lot of ignorant people in this world, and you find that out anytime you listen to them talk about our government. They complain the government did this or share the meaning of government as control mind or as is proper English mind control. The worst offenders are our politicians who keep talking about our Democracy, which is well known throughout history as the pig pen of political systems.   

According to Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 Edition online Bottom of page 48 a Democracy is:

DEMOCRACY, government. That form of government in which the sovereign power is exercised by the people in a body, as was the practice in some of the states of Ancient Greece; the term representative democracy has been given to a republican government like that of the United States.

The funny thing is that claiming the United States is a representative form of government isn't saying anything. All democracy's are supposed to represent the people. It is what they don't tell you about the historical fact about the polis's of ancient Greece that is more telling. You see none of those pig pens lasted very long. Mainly because they where to biz y fighting all the time. No one could take the time to build any business because it all would be destroyed often before it was built. The people where living amidst the constant destruction do to war famine and disease. 

In my opinion calling democracy's a pig pen is apt, but doesn't describe it well enough. The people where not civilized, and it had nothing to do with technology or fact and figures. The people did't have anything to die for and where dropping like flies. There was no social tradition, culture, or real law and this amounts to no civilizing education. In any society the individual has to have something to die for (vested interest) or there is no society and what you have is no better than a troop of monkey's. America has a tradition, culture and law, but not many have a clue what any of it is.    

Not very many actually know who the government is and so they continue on their self destructive tirades. I am going to share with you who the government is, but first I am going to share with you who it is not. The government is not the Department of Justice. It is not the CIA or any of the Alphabet agencies. It is not the U.S Military. It's not the Judiciary. It is not the Police or Sheriffs. It is not the State or Federal agencies. In fact the government isn't any of the people who are employee's. Course to know that you have to actually read the acts and discover how they defined an employee. 

So who is the Government here in America?

Americans and they represent their power as Grand Jurist and Petite Jurist by deciding the facts of the case and the law of the case. That is right We The People are the forth arm of power and the government.

 Thomas  Jefferson said:  "I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them,  but  to  inform  their  discretion  by  education.
