I think national security laws have created loopholes that FISA court hides, they don't actually always request warrants or need to thanks to State of Emergency. Which means targeted individuals numbers are much higher. I would also base this on amount of fusion centers, infraguard, contractors use, FVEY an UN on american soil. Think about that.

Thats millions of people who make a living tracking people and gangstalking them. I left out loss of habeas corpus but overall surveillance and misuse is more than questionable in tactics and numbers given. The information on numbers are surely a maze as if they did it in purpose. I'm basing that on known number of 86% of TI's under obama where violated while they had official warrants. Imagine within the loopholes and how much they'd take advantage of them unseen! Just saying.

Like what are the numbers of americans being spied on and tartgeted by GCHQ, Mossad and FVEY partners on american soil due to their convienient information exchange program? Sometimes the answers are simple: finding the right questions are complicated #boom
