Right now I believe it's just corporatism and fraud to prop put real estate and construction industries. If service and goods industries need to be propped up in the future, can't put it past Commies to relocate the population to keep the ship afloat.
I really hope it doesn't set off a trend, seeing cities built from recycled trash being thrown up all the world hastily.... Sounds dystopic to me but I figure lots of people think it's a great idea.
