Yep, if we do any of the things, psychopaths are as good as done for.
Get rid of the pyramid structure. Actually have elections (point, click, vote, click, unvote them out of office)
Start really using crypto currencies. Have real micro loans, real micro power plants and real micro manufacturing.

All of that says, stick a fork in the psychopaths. Its just... getting from here to there in one piece.
