To the Bulgarian audience (and perhaps to the more internationally-aware friends of ours from abroad), please welcome a couple of legends to steemit, with whom I had the pleasure of discussing strategies on this platform this evening, as well as interesting inside peeks into the history of US foreign diplomacy efforts -- since the Cold War on! (Mr. Alexiev, for instance, knew President Ronald Reagan personally.) For me, it is an honor and a pleasure to count them among my allies in the fight against state-owned and state-controlled, Orwellian "Ministry of Truth" elements in society.

Their main concern is that, currently, the freedom of the press in Bulgaria is more threatened than it has been since the early to mid-90s. More than ever, they urge, an independent media is necessary in order for even more "hidden" information from that era to be shared to a wide audience, to someone who will actually notice and take note of the lessons taught therein.

My request is that you read their articles, comment on their news, and show them the love that steemit has to offer!
