I haven't heard about any outages happening thus far.
I think this was supposed to just be a warning - and yes, massive outages are a possibility when maintenance of this kind is happening.

    Thanks. I have never heard of that before. Who is the "THEY" that gets to do this "routine maintenance," and what exactly are they supposed to be doing?
