Are the 19 congregational working days counted during the so called shut down, or if there is at least one member of congress continuing to work on his/her own time count toward the 19 days. How convenient that the government may be shutting down during this release period.
all part of the weasel words process; what I'd like to think it is is this:
they give the criminals a false sense of security, then WHAM, release it in 3 days and arrest them simultaneously
I doubt it, but we shall see
