Why Turkey Doesn't Leave NATO?

Or in other words as someone asked: What would happen if Turkey leaves NATO?

That was a question on the pro-Israel Quora Q & A platform, and seems it's again relevant after more than 3 years as it popped up again to my notifications, so I left the following answer there:

If Turkey leaves NATO it would be great for humanity, peace, and prosperity, especially in an area so turbulent like where Turkey is positioned. NATO has done nothing good except invade, destroy, and illegally intervene against all people’s interests all over the world.

Name just one positive thing NATO did since the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Turkey is a large country with huge potentials stuck in the slavery of the US and its puppet regime headed by Erdogan and his anti-Islamic Muslim Brotherhood party.

Turkey doesn’t need to join the opposite alliance, it can balance between all due to its geographical location connecting Asia and Europe. Sadly, it is used as a conduit for evil, and only pure evil.

Not even the citizens of NATO countries see any benefits from being part of this alliance, its main purpose became invalid 3 decades ago and instead of dissolving like its once opposing camp, it’s expanding, for what?

In our region we call NATO by its real name the ‘North Atlantic led-Terrorist Organization’ not the pseudonym name it hides behind.

Ask the people of Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, to name a few, what is their view of the organization that ‘brought them democracy and peace’?

No decent peace loving human would like to be a citizen of an evil camp, honest Turks, however rare they are, included.

Besides, other NATO countries would use Turkey in their games and Turkey cannot use their support, see how many times Erdogan tried to lure NATO in destroying Syria so his Muslim Brotherhood caliphate would be established and each time NATO failed him, they even failed him by not delivering the Patriot Missiles to Turkey so it had to buy S400 from Russia, out of all other countries.

If Turks focus on their own country instead of trying to become westerners they could easily see there’s no good in remaining in NATO and they’re better off as a sovereign country that can build good relations with its neighbors instead of having horrible relations with all its neighbors including other NATO countries like Greece.
