Is there a Civil War in Syria?
This question might stunt many of you who follow news coming after 8.5 years of a vicious war taking place in Syria, my country, and from me following the news in details since day one there.
However, the answer would even stunt many of you more than the question itself, especially knowing the high level of experience in Orwellian language western mainstream propagandists reached and mastered in this war, and even exposed in it.
In short: No, there's no Civil War in Syria, there has never been and NATO and stooges failed to ignite it and that's why they had to import literally hundreds of thousands of terrorists from all sides of the planet to carry out what they're calling a civil war there.
What triggered this question today? Well, it's been discussed continuously throughout the past years but an email of breaking news alert I received from the New York Times made me write the following post explaining the ABC of Civil Wars for those who do not know, see for yourself: ‘Syrian Civil War’: British Terrorists, US Troops, and Western Hostages!

Maybe they are using the other meaning for civil.
Judging that two super powers are lined up on each side of the Euphrates with no nukes being fired it does seem like a very civil war. 😎
In 2011 President Assad in one his interviews warned: 'Syria is an earthquake faultline, you play with the faultline you get an earthquake.'
They ridiculed him thinking he was like Gaddafi or Mubarak or Saddam, they lost hundreds of billions of dollars which is to them more important than the tens of thousands of lives lost:
