PJ Media just published a detailed survey of Google searches on "Trump"news and found that 96% of the first 100 results went to left leaning sites, with the massively anti-Trump CNN alone getting an extraordinary 21% of results.
If Google is hugely biased on this issue you can bet that they are also biased on many others.
Its time to ditch Google and try other search engines like privacy focussed DuckDuckGo and PreSearch where you get paid to search.

If you want to see how biased Google searches are just do a search for "Abe Lincoln" and look at the panel on the right, Google made it so Lincoln was no longer a Republican!
I just did the search and it now doesn't list party at all. The problem is also in the Wikipedia entry which hides the fact that he was a Republican President by first listing his party membership as Whig (but this was long before he was President).

Google is well known for its bad practices and even has a TV documentary showing just how badly it treats its employees. Bing should be next for investigation but is probably ignored because it is such a crap search engine. Many people praise DuckDuckGo but I havent used it much, so no comment.
I've been using DuckDuckGo for about a year now and found it just as good as google. I'm now using it via Presearch.
