This falls under the category of I can't believe I didn't see this one coming. Have you ever wondered at the bizarre migration policies of the EU? Well here is why all those migrants were let in: so that they could be kicked out again! But in order to kick them out, they will of course need to increase the size of their military seven fold. It's been called problem, reaction, solution. Create a problem, get a negative reaction from the public, and then provide the solution that you wanted all along that furthers your long term goals. Governments have been doing it for centuries.
