Who Does the US Military Fight For?
Countries create their armies to defend their land, others to acquire more land, others to steal other people's wealth, and there are others who send their own armies to kill and get killed to serve some other people on the other side of the planet for free. Sorry, not for free, they actually pay those other people more money in addition to protecting them..!
I'm not sure what the commanders of the US army are told when they're sent to protect business interests for their politicians, and to be precise to the un-elected politicians with dual citizenship, and they get injured, paralyzed in many cases, and dead in other cases?

Is interesting read this information, I know that it is not all, it is just iceberg's tip, But The only one army on the world that grow to give freedom is the Venezuelan army. In fact the first Comander was Simon Bolivar called "El libertador" his army give freedom to 6 Nations of the "Spanish Empire". Today the world have a new empire.
Hello @certerus, interestingly it's a topic I wasn't aware off. Why do you think it's the case? I guess it's the painting we always see behind chavez/maduro? However did Bolivar enriched his family too like those 2? I think it's one of the big failing of all those modern revolution, none fight corruption, and all end up in the same state. China is lucky to have wise and experienced men knowing where the same path always leads to (answer: slavery, first from the domestic, then the foreigners).
seria bueno crear un foro sobre la historia de los pueblos de donde venimos, donde estamos, y hacia donde vamos ... si es esa pintura, si alguien te contó la historia así, te esta engañando, Bolívar dejo toda su riqueza para el servicio de la causa de la libertad de Venezuela y 5 naciones hermanas la cual llamaría la gran Colombia.. posterior a la liberación, de el imperio español surgio un movimiento que rmpio el sistema manarquico, y se tomo el sistema de gobierno republicano. entre 1810 y 1830 se direon muchos procesos, de cambio para la naciente república, pero detrás de todos esos cambios hubo muchcas conspiraciones contra quien lucho por liberar este país, trataron de asesinarlo en muchas ocasiones, muchos lideres que lucharon junto a el dieron la espalda a los ideales por seguir los ideales personales o de grupos económicos nacientes para la época, en resumen se libero a Venezuela del imperio español y luego los que hicieron poco o nada para liberar a el continente tomaron el poder, desplazando a Bolívar..desmenbraron su proyecto dando una puñalada a la union de lo que seria la gran Colombia... es bueno leer la historia de america, para entender lo que hoy ocurre en nuestro continente, y preguntarnos quienes son los traidores de hoy quienes representan los grupos economicos actuales? quienes son los que conspiran para frenar las alianzas y los procesos de cambio? en que condicones socioeconomicas se encuentran los paises que quieren dar lecciones moral ?

I am so feed up of the child rapist narrative, you can't imagine it... how in each domains it's piles of lies backed by always the same mindsets, their minions who happilly betray all the others to serve them, pretending to be important while they are just cogs in a big machine they are too dumb to understand, however it is still less complex than the arcanes of the chinese administrative state even with out entering in the metaphysical aspect of it (there it's the endlessness) :).
