The growth on here does seem to take awhile but the non-financial rewards are very often all the motivation many of us need. Camradarie, education, skill building. All of these play a part for me. Sometimes it's about the journey and not the destination. I think your thoughts regarding "what would inspire you if money were not an issue" sums it all up very nicely. We all need to find that spark and in those moments when we just can't seem to find it, we need to keep searching.
