  • Aorta
    Aorta is the largest artery in the body. It's at the top of the heart. The aortic function is to carry oxygenated blood from the left ventricle to the rest of the body.

    The superior vena cava (vena cava) is a large vein in the body. It is also at the top of the heart. The superior vena cava function is to bring back the carbon dioxide-rich blood from the entire upper body to the heart.
