Life Expectancy of Knowledge
Consider something you know. How to cook. Choose anything of interest to you. My question is how long will this knowledge be valuable? Not so long ago, technical knowledge had a life expectancy of 1 to 2 years. When the value was gone, new knowledge was required. 
In this cycle, things learned by children are soon obsolete. Sorry about that boys and girls!
Knowledge was once considered fundamental to having power. With the development of the internet, the availability to obtain knowledge is much easier. Knowledge has become very cheap.
Experience is becoming more valuable than knowledge. Character follows close behind. Reputation is your perceived ability to mix knowledge with experience and positive character traits.
The lesson is to never allow yourself to cheat the system in an attempt to gain an advantage.

Yes the internet is a great source of knowledge but we all must understand it also contains a lot of false knowledge such as the fake news. Pick your sites wisely for the information you are seeking.
