Definitely knowledge is power, @chekohler, but many times you don't know how to channel it to make a profit. I have always invested in knowledge and information, but in the times we live on this side of the world is no longer profitable, because of the high costs to acquire them and the low profits we could get from them.
No one really "knows" how to channel knowledge into profit, its all about trial and error. You have to go out there and offer your knowledge and services and see if there's a market for it.
Yeah in those cases like yours a traditional education is the last thing you want, You need to be focusing on services that people want, like making food, clothing etc. Being an artisan of sorts
That's right, @chekohler. It's what we've been doing, reinventing ourselves. By awakening sleeping skills or practicing activities that we thought were just hobbies and no hobbies, we've made some gain in service offerings and creativity. Greetings, friend, thanks for the interaction.
