INFLATION best friend of who?

I see same questions over and over on reddit, and typing answer every time is boring as hell, so I decided to slowly start building up not only crypto currency, but also general computer/internet/money use guide.
In the end these are just my thoughts and critical feedback is welcome.

INFLATION

• every currency in the world is getting less valuable over time, examples: 100 trillion Zimbabwean dollar bills, Belarusia exchanging their currency 10 000:1 every couple years
• coins that cost more to produce than their nominal worth
• all the trees chopped down so they could be turned into worthless toilet paper, we like to call money
• same amount of work getting you less food on the table, because product price goes up faster than your salary
