Gardening indoors in NYC is sometimes a challenge. But this regal & tenaceousJoya plant I rescued over a decade ago in Washington, DC, never fails to impress from the trash
Every year, and sometimes all year including mid winter if she's got a mind to, she blooms. Producing the most magical, mystical & almost too perfect pink blossoms.
She always reminds me of the power & wisdom that exists in those still, quiet entities we most often take for granted.
