Pisang goreng

Fried bananas are snack foods found in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. This food is made from bananas, after the peel of the skin is cut into pieces as desired then in coated with a thick dough made from a mixture of flour, eggs, a little salt and sugar and then fried in cooking oil. Fried bananas are often found sold in stalls or coffee stalls as a complementary food tea or coffee. Currently fried banana is a very famous food in Indonesia. Sometimes fried bananas are topped up like cheese, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, and so on.
