Telkomsel network back slowly
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - A number of users of mobile operators Telkomsel reported internet service problem since Thursday (19/4/2018) early this morning.
Users complain of slowing internet connections on their devices, whereas the signal status on the phone shows being on a 4G network. The complaints are conveyed by users through Twitter's timeline.
Telkomsel's Twitter account was flooded with user complaints. Not all complaints are answered, if any responded to the social media officer Telkomsel answered with standard answers, ranging from requesting restart to request customer data.
Based on the monitoring KompasTekno, internet network problems are happening in a number of areas on the island of Java, even to the area of Jayapura.
"There is no sign of going to recover internet @ Telkomsel in Jayapura, whereas the packet in the next few days has been active and the rest of the quota is still a lot," said Tri Putra Widodo one of Telkomsel users who complained via Twitter.
Some users have reportedly tried to restart the phone and cellular network, but this way is still not able to make the internet connection back to normal. The internet connection on their device keeps slowing down even unusable.
