We all need to know that flower plants are very important in every life of us all, here I will explain some important benefits of flower plants in our lives.

The presence of plants at home helps us breathe

People breathe by inhaling oxygen and emitting carbon dioxide, but plants with photosynthesis process do the opposite. This is a major advantage of maintaining the plants around or inside the house.

However, keep in mind that plants require lighting from enough sunlight to maximize the photosynthesis process. This process of photosynthesis stops at night where almost all plants begin to inhale oxygen and emit carbon dioxide. So it would be dangerous if we fall asleep around the plant at night.

Plants can clean the home air

Pollutants can be scattered everywhere, especially in open spaces, and do not rule out if air pollutants can enter the house. In addition to pollutants, decreased air quality in the home can also be caused by other chemicals from household appliances. Research by NASA shows that plants can clean the air indoors by capturing various air pollutant particles. This is also supported by a follow-up study that found that plants can reduce the ozone gas levels released by household electronic appliances and offices.

Reduce the risk of respiratory problems

Respiratory disorders are closely related to air quality, one of them with the amount of airborne dust particles. The occurrence of respiratory disorders begins with the entry of germs along with dust particles that cause infection or trigger the occurrence of asthma. This is easy to do with low humidity environments. Plants stored in the house can also reduce dust particles by increasing humidity, through evaporation of water from roots or soil deposited on plant pots.

One study has proven that with hanging plants, it can reduce indoor dust levels by up to 30% in about three months. The plants themselves, in general, contribute water content in the air layer up to 10%.

Plants can improve a person's psychological condition
