Ditinjau dari jenisnya mawar mempunyai banyak jenis warnanya, dan tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa mawar pasti berduri. Itulah yang membuat ciri khas bunga mawar menjadi terkenal. Mawar sangat disukai oleh kaum hawa, walaupun mawar berduri tetapi mawar mempunyai satu pesona yang membuat orang-orang tanpa terkecuali suka dengan bunga mawar.

Pertama saya melihat mawar ini, saya tidak percaya jika ini mawar karena biasdanya mawar berbunga dengan satu bunga saja setiap tangkainya. Tapi jenis kali ini yang saya temukan, banyak kelopak dalam satu tangkainya. Kalian tahu dimana bunga ini berada? Yaitu di daerah Aceh Tengah, Takengon.
