Nutrisari Cork Pudding / Puding Busa Nutrisari

Hi steemian, thanks for visiting my blog. Yesterday afternoon I made nutrisari cork pudding, because yesterday I did not have time to post it today I would like to share the recipe how to make nutrisari cork pudding

Although I can not give the pudding at least I can give the recipe. For steemians who want to try to make it under I share the recipe, may be useful and we can continue to share with each other.



Ingredients :

  • 1 sashet jelly powder
  • 2 sachets Nutrisari
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 sachets vanilla
  • 2 eggs (just use white)
  • 500 ml of water


Step:

  • Mix jelly powder, sugar and water. Then cook until boiling.

  • Turn off the fire and insert nutrisari and vanilla, set aside.

  • Mix egg white and add sugar 1 tbsp with high speed. Mix until stiff smell fishy.

  • Put the the pudding dough into the egg white dough.

  • Mix with low speed until well blended.

  • Pour into a mold that shavor soaked in water for easy removal.

  • Wait for the steam to dissipate, enter the refrigerator.
  • Nutrisari cork pudding is ready to serve, look likes so soft.

Hai steemian, terimakasih ya sudah mau mengunjungi blog saya. Kemarin sore saya buat puding gabus nutrisari, karena kemarin tidak sempat mempostingnya maka hari ini saya akan berbagi resep cara membuat puding gabus nutrisari.

Walaupun tidak bisa memberi pudingnya setidaknya saya bisa memberikan resepnya. Untuk steemian yang mau mencoba membuatnya dibawah saya bagikan resepnya, semoga bermanfaat dan kita bisa terus berbagi satu sama lain.



Bahan-bahan :

  • 1 saset agar-agar plain
  • 2 saset nutrisari rasa jeruk
  • 100 gr gula pasir
  • 2 saset vanili bubuk
  • 2 butir telur (putihnya saja)
  • 500 ml air


Langkah:

  • Campur agar-agar, gula dan air. Lalu masak sampai mendidih.

  • Matikan api lalu masukkan nutrisari dan vanili, sisihkan.

  • Mixer putih telur tambah gula 1 sdm dg speed tinggi. Mixer sampai kaku ya biar gk bau amis.

  • Masukan adonan agar-agar yang masih panas tadi ke dalam adonan putih telur.

  • Mix dengan speed rendah sampai tercampur rata.

  • Tuang ke dalam cetakan yang sudsh dibasahi air agar mudah mengeluarkannya.

  • Tunggu uap panas hilang, masukkan kulkas.

  • Puding gabus nutrisarinya siap untuk disajikan, kelihatan begitu lembut.
