Pudding taro
Bahan-bahan :
1 bungkus agar2 bubuk
3 sdm bubuk taro
1 sdt pasta taro
800 ml air matang
2 sachet kecil santan instant @65ml
sesuai selera Gula pasir secukupnya.
Langkah :
Campur semua bahan kecuali santan
Aduk rata, masak sampai agak mendidih, masukkan santan, aduk rata, tes rasa, klo sudah pas, masak sampai mendidih
Tuang ke dalam cetakan puding, dinginkan sampai suhu ruang, masukkan k kulkas, jika sudah mengeras bisa dihidangkan
dari warnanya... sepertinya enak sekali itu...
