Benefits of Carambola / manfaat belimbing wuluh

Hi steemians, this time Iwill discuss a little about this one fruit.

After seeing the picture, I'm sure many stemians know what is this fruit. Yes, this fruit is carambola or better known fruit starfruit vegetables. This fruit is often processed into complementary vegetables, salad and so on.

This acidic fruit also has rich benefits such as cough medicine, diabetes, treating toothache, acne, prevention of hypertension and many others the benefits of this fruit. This fruit is processed differently between as a drug between one disease with another.

If in Aceh other in use in the fresh fruit, but also processed into acid which is typical of aceh, which is processed into sunti acid. Sunti acid is processed from fresh star fruit, soaked with water for one night. Then dried in about 3 days, do not forget also every afternoon sprinkled with salt to sour sunti durable up to 6 months. Aceh people often use it in typical dishes of Aceh.

For all steemian, especially those outside of Aceh can try to make sunti acid if your home there is Carambola tree. Instead of being wasted it is better to become sunti acid.

Hai steemians, kali ini saya akan membahas sedikit tentang buah yang 1 ini.

Setelah melihat gambarnya, saya yakin stemian banyak yang tahu buah apa ini. Ya, buah ini adalah buah belimbing wuluh atau lebih dikenal buah belimbing sayur. Buah ini sering diolah menjadi pelengkap sayur, rujak dan juga lainnya.

Buah asam ini juga memiliki kaya akan manfaat seperti obat batuk, mengatasi diabetes, mengobati sakit gigi, mengatasi jerawat, mencegah hipertensi dan masih banyak manfaat lainnya dari buah ini. Buah ini diolah berbeda-beda sebagai obatan antara satu penyakit dengan penyakit lainnya.

Kalau di Aceh selain di gunakan dalam bentuk buah segar, tetapi juga diolah menjadi asam yang merupakan khas dari aceh, yaitu diolah menjadi asam sunti. Asam sunti ini diolah dari belimbing segar, direndam dengan air selama satu malam. Kemudian dijemur sekitar 3 hari, tidak lupa juga setiap sore ditaburi garam agar asam sunti awet sampai 6 bulan. Masyarakat aceh sering menggunakannya pada masakan-masakan khas aceh.

Untuk steemian semua, khususnya yang diluar aceh boleh mencoba untuk membuat asam sunti kalau dirumah kalian ada pohon belimbing wuluh. Dari pada terbuang sia-sia lebih baik jadi asam sunti.
