The Gampong Complementary Innovation Team (TPIG) of Muara Batu Sub-district finally completed the report on the use of first phase disbursement fund of 10% of the total. Well how the total, maybe not reach 8 millions.

The funds are used to increase the capacity of each village with village innovation, perhaps so far we know that the Ministry of Health RI only recruits Village Assistants at Sub-District level and Village Local Village Leaders.

Well, in the course of time, Kemendes issued instructions for every sub-district in Indonesia to set up a team of Gampong Innovation Companions with a total of seven people.

To become TPIG TEAM, every Village sends two or three representatives of its citizens to follow TPIG TPM election. While the election rules, each gampong has three votes, then, who the most votes, then he who will be selected TPIG team.

To run the TPIG program, the government provides funding to TPIG, then the funds are used by the TPIG Team to conduct meetings and visit each village to socialize the use of village funds for village innovation programs.

That is done, because in 2016, the village funds more funds to the infrastructure, but now the government expects that the village funds can boost the community with what is innovation in their respective villages.

So, that activity we have done, according to the first troop 10%. I was overwhelmed with the report, but thanks to the compactness of the TPIG team the report is smooth.

Tim Inovasi Pendamping Gampong (TPIG) Kecamatan Muara Batu akhirnya menyelesaikan laporan penggunaan dana pencairan tahap I sebanyak 10 % dari jumlah keseluruhaannya. Nah berapa jumlah keseluruhannya, mungkin tidak mencapai 8 jutaan.

Dana tersebut digunakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas setiap gampong yang memiliki inovasi desa, mungkin selama ini kita mengetahui Kemendes RI hanya merektrut Pendamping Desa tingkat Kecamatan dan Pemdamping Lokal Desa.

Nah, dalam berjalannya waktu, kemendes mengeluarkan instruksi agar di setiap kecamatan yang ada di Indonesia untuk dibentukkan Tim Pendamping Inovasi Gampong dengan berjumlah tujuh orang.

Untuk menjadi TIM TPIG tersebut, setiap gampong memgirimkan dua atau tiga perwakilan warganya untuk mengikuti pemilihan TIM TPIG. Sedangkan secara aturan pemilihan, setiap gampong memiliki tiga suara, maka, siapa suara yang terbanyak, maka dia lah yang nanti akan terpilih tim TPIG.

Untuk menjalankan program TPIG, maka pemerintah memberi bantuan dana kepada TPIG, nanti dana tersebut digunakan oleh TIM TPIG itu untuk melakukan rapat-rapat serta mengunjungi setiap desa dalam melakukan sosialisasikan penggunaan dana desa untuk program inovasi desa.

Itu dilakukan, lantaran pada tahun 2016, penggunaah dana desa lebih banyak ke intrastruktur, namun saat ini pemerintah mengharapkan agar dana desa itu dapat menigkatkan masyarakat dengan apa yang ada inovasi di Desa mereka masing-masing.

Maka, itu kegiatan pun sudah kami lakukan, sesuai pasukan pertama 10%. saya sempat kewalahan dengan laporan, namun berkat dengan kekompakan tim TPIG laporan tersebut lancar.
