Workshop on Photography and Cinematography [ENG-IND]
Today, I want to re-share my work-related activities as an educator. The odd semester program year 2017/2018 is coming to an end. Therefore, it is needed a stabilization activity of the material which this time is programmed in the form of Photography and Cinematography workshop. The event was held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.

Photography is literally derived from the word photo meaning light and grapho meaningful of painting. photography is understood as a painting activity with light. This can be understood, because one of the main elements in photography is Lighting. Photography and cinematography basically have almost the same basic techniques. The difference between the two is the object taken in the form of a stationary object and a moving object.
On this Occation, participants of the workshop came from the class of photography courses and the film got the material deepening for 1 hour. In the first session, speakers from multimedia experts gave various shooting techniques. Followed by a second session of project work done in groups. Students are divided into 5 teams consisting of 8 students. They have 3 hours to do the shooting process of a simple story idea.
Students seem enthusiastic to realize the outline of story ideas that have been agreed upon. Some teams decided to extract ideas from a growing concept in the field. The themes raised around the campus life, both learning activities to the problems of the last college students. Each team member works together to produce the best picture. At the end of the workshop session, the fieldwork is broadcasted to get advice and input from participants and resource persons.

Workshop Fotografi dan Perfilman
Hari ini, saya ingin kembali berbagi aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan saya sebagai pendidik. Program perkuliah semester Ganjil tahun 2017/2018 akan segera berakhir. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu kegiatan pemantapan materi yang kali ini diprogramkan dalam bentuk workshop. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan pada hari selasa, 19 Desember 2017.
Workshop yang dimaksud adalah workshop fotografi dan sinematografi. Fotografi secara harfiah berasal dari kata foto yang berarti cahaya dan grafo yang bermakna melukis. fotografi dipahami sebagai kegiatan melukis dengan cahaya. Hal tersebut dapat dipahami, sebab salah satu unsur utama dalam fotografi adalah Pencahayaan. Fotografi dan sinematografi pada dasarnya memiliki tehnik-tehnik dasar yang hampir serupa. Pembeda diantara keduanya adalah obyek yang diambil berupa obyek diam dan obyek bergerak.
Pada kesempatan kali ini, para peserta workshop berasal dari kelas mata kuliah fotografi dan perfilman mendapat pendalaman materi selama 1 jam. Pada sesi pertama, pemateri yang berasal dari tenaga ahli multimedia memberikan berbagai tehnik pengambilan gambar. Dilanjutkan dengan sesi kedua berupa kerja proyek yang dilakukan secara berkelompok. Mahasiswa dibagi dalam 5 tim yang terdiri dari 8 mahasiswa. Mereka memiliki waktu selama 3 jam untuk melakukan prosespengambilan gambar dari suatu ide cerita sederhana.
Mahasiswa nampak antusias mewujudkan outline ide cerita yang telah bersama. Beberapa tim memutuskan untuk melakukan penggalian ide dari konsep yang berkembang dilapangan. Setiap anggota tim bekerja sama untuk menghasilkan gambar terbaik. Di akhir sesi workshop, hasil kerja lapangan ditayangkan untuk kemudian mendapat saran dan masukan dari peserta dan narasumber.
