Selamat siang para steemian, apa kabar kalian semua? semoga selalu dalam lindungan Allah SWT. Kesempatan kali ini saya ingin berbagi tentang salah satu geo park di daerah sumatra utara yang banyak dikunjungi wisata lokal dan wisata asing.

Namanya Air terjun Sipiso-piso, Air terjun ini adalah salah satu destinasi wisata yang banyak di kunjungi oleh witawan di provinsi Sumatra Utara . Tepatnya di Kabupaten Karo, Sumatra Utara. Jika kalian ingin berkunjung kesini cari saja Desa Tongging di google maps agar tidak nyasar, karena air terjun sipiso-piso tidak jauh dari pemukiman desa Tongging.

Its name is Waterfall Sipiso-piso , This waterfall is one of the many tourist destinations visited by witawan in North Sumatra province. Precisely in Karo Regency, North Sumatra. If you want to visit here just look for Village Tongging in google maps so as not to stray, because sipiso-piso waterfall not far from the settlement of Tongging village

Air terjun ini berada di daerah perbukitan lebih kurang 800 mdpl , didalam perjalan menuju ke Air terjun sipiso-piso kita akan menikmati suasana berada tengah-tengah hutan pinus karena sepanjang jalan menuju kesana terdapat ribuan pohon pinus yang sudah tua. Tempat ini terjaga dan dirawat sangat baik karena ditanggung jawab oleh Pemda Kabupaten Karo.

Air terjun sipiso-piso termasuk salah satu air terjun tertinggi di indonesia yang memiliki ketinggian 120 meter . Setelah adanya air terjun ini, Kabupaten Karo dihujani para wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara yang sangat banyak setiap harinya.

Bagi kalian yang ingin menuju kesana, kalian bisa gunakan transportasi umum dari Medan, Sumatera Utara. Anda dapat menggunakan bus dengan jurusan Kota Kabanjahe ini akan menhabiskan waktu lebih kurang 2 jam.
Setelah sampai di Kabanjahe, perjalanan dilanjutkan dengan bus menuju kecamatan merek, ini akan memakan waktu sekitar 30 menit dengan jarak tempuh sekitar 24 Km.
