Leughok (Kue Khas Aceh)
Leughok is a typical Aceh cake that has existed since the time of the kingdom of Aceh, as well as a history of typical Aceh food treasures. Lughok cake is made using glutinous flour, banana and sago if in Aceh language "beureune". Leghok is usually served as an appetizer. Leghhok is a typical cake of Aceh Keunebah Endatu.
(Leughok adalah kue khas Aceh yang sudah ada sejak zaman kerajaan Aceh, serta menjadi sejarah khazanah makanan khas Aceh. Kue lughok dibuat menggunakan tepung ketan, pisang serta sagu kalau dalam bahasa Acehnya “beureune”. Leghok biasanya dihidangkan sebagai makanan pembuka.

I'd like to try this. I'll try anything new. Almost anything that is, but I haven't really missed a chance yet. Plus it's a cake with banana. Hard to go wrong with that combo. Delicious.
