Rice cropping in paddy fields or fields becomes a livelihood for most of the people in this place to meet the needs of daily living and the cost of education for their children.
Toward the harvest as it is today the rice fields stretching green as tapestries characterize the natural scenery in the countryside makes anyone who witnessed the main attraction.

This picture is a landscape of rice paddies throughout the village that I portrayed from the outskirts of the highway around Pidie district of Aceh province.

Hamparan padi sawah menghijau

Sepanjang perjalanan menuju kampung halaman dimana aku dilahirkan kiri kanan terbentang areal persawahan yang sangat indah dan nyaman di pandang mata .Karena sebagian besar mata pencarian penduduk di daerah aceh ini adalah bertani. Terlihat masih banyak pemukiman penduduk dan mereka masih sebahagian besar tinggal pada daerah pedesaan.

Bercocok tanam padi di sawah atau ladang menjadi mata pencaharian bagi sebahagian besar masyarakat di tempat ini guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari serta biaya pendidikan bagi anak anaknya.
Menjelang panen seperti saat ini areal persawahan yang terbentang hijau bagai permadani menjadi ciri khas pemandangan alam di pedesaan membuat siapa saja yang menyaksikan menjadi daya tarik tersendiri.

Gambar ini merupakan pemandangan hamparan padi sawah sepanjang desa yang saya potret dari pinggiran jalan raya seputar kabupaten Pidie provinsi Aceh.
