Hello all steemians. I would like to let you know sate Madura. It is a delicious lamb or chicken skewer that is grilled over charcoal. It is eatan with peanut sauce. You can also add slices of chilli and onion. Indonesian like to eat sate Madura with white rice. It is taste and filled up. There is also lontong. Lontong is rice cooked in a plastic or coconut leaves.

Sate Madura is avalible in all over cities in Indonesia. Madura people are urbans. One of the profesion is sate seller. You need about 2-3 USD for one portion of Sate Madura. Sate sellers usually open the boot from 4 PM to 11 PM. Come and Try " Sate Madura".
