Suasana yang mendukkung dari dataran tinggi Gayo mampu meghasilkan kualitas kopi yang mendunia. Brand Kopi Gayo telah di kenal secara internasional dan terus menjadi primadona bagi penikmat kopi di mancanegara.

Bagi masyarakat Gayo, kopi menjadi mata pencaharian utama selama berpuluh-puluh tahun. Kehidupan mereka umumnya di dukung oleh kebun-kebun kopi yang terbentang luas dan menghasilkan jutaan rupiah malah bisa jadi dolar.
