Cyclops Mobile Legend Skill:
1. Starlit Hourglass: Passive
A deep connection with the star gives Cyclops the power to control time. The current cooldown of all skills is reduced by 0.5 seconds when the skill is about the opponent.
Collect star power and issue two shock wave stardust, giving 220 (+ 60% total magic power) points of magic damage each about the opponent.

Uniqueness: + 40% magical PEN unique passive-spellbreaker: when HP is higher than 70%, unique effects bonus increases 30%.
Unique Passive-nirvana: add 2 HP for every 1 magic power in add.
