Vice Governor of Bank Indonesia CSR Program Value Appropriate

Banda Aceh - Vice Governor of Aceh, Ir. Nova Iriansyah MT., Praised various Bank Indonesia CSR programs that are considered appropriate. Bank Indonesia, said Wagub Nova, has also shown local-based economic interest to the people of Aceh

"What has been given so far is an important contribution of BI in Aceh," said Nova in the ceremony of the handover of the Head of Representative of Bank Indonesia of Aceh Province, Monday 15/01 2018.

BI Aceh province is now led by Zainal Arifin Lubis, former Head of Division of BI Statistics Department. He replaces Ahmad Farid who has served since the end of October 2015. Bank Indonesia, said Nova, is very active in building coordination with Pemeritah Aceh, especially in monitoring the condition of the economy.

Nevertheless, Vice Governor requested that the harmonization be continuously improved including with all elements in Aceh. BI was asked to demonstrate the role of banks as a data center and economic information through studies and surveys conducted in the field

"Strengthening also its coordination with the Aceh Financial Services Authority within
order to support the spirit of prudence and economic effectiveness taking place in this area, "Nova said.

Meanwhile, Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia, Sugeng, said leadership rotation in the banking body is important to hone leadership. Sugeng targets Bank Indonesia to become the best and credible bank in the Asian region
