Beautiful of Gayo Land from the top of Pantan Terong

Hi, all steemit friends. Hopefully in good health always. My hope of success is always for all of us.

This time I want to share my amazing experience some time ago. Exactly the week of September 24, 2017 I visited Gayo Land.

Our journey using automatic motorcycle through KKA - Bener Meriah road. The route we took through the mountain salak which so far became one of the tourist destinations in North Aceh.

After passing the route along the slopes of Mount Salak, our journey continues towards Bener Meriah regency. The cool air begins, the air we breathe is very fresh. The fog became a sight that covered the hills and mountain slopes.

Locals use the surrounding land to grow coffee. The cold became very supportive for the plant. The route we took with the road conditions are smooth, although there are some places that are rather hollow. Lurks at some locations are also being repaired by workers. So for steemit friends please be careful, concentration on the journey is necessary.

After crossing the border between North Aceh District and Bener Meriah Regency, our journey continues again. Permata sub-district is the first district we met for Bener Meriah district.

Along the road after passing through the district, we will see more and more coffee plants. We arrived at Bener Meriah Regency with 1 hour distance from the border. Just look at the conditions around, our journey continues to the District of Central Aceh which became our main goal.

Central Aceh is a regency in the central region of Aceh Province. Mileage using two-wheeled vehicles, four wheels, and buses approximately 8 hours journey. Central Aceh is a district in Aceh with the capital of Takengon. Takengon is famous for its cool air. Freshwater lake is one of the famous tourist destinations in this district.

Horse race is one of the activities that exist in this district, hence in this region horse we can meet. People can also test their horses at the Bebangka Racetrack arena in Pegasing Sub-district.

The thing that is amazing to me is a place that is located approximately 1350 meters above sea level. It is located in Bebesan Sub-district, Central Aceh District. This place became one of the tourist destinations in the highland gayo.

Yes, Pantan Terong. Pantan Terong is a place higher than Takengon area. From that place we can see clearly the Central Aceh Regency with the charm of Lake Laut Tawar and the racetrack of Belang Bebangka in Pegasing Subdistrict. In the same place we can see the city of Bener Meriah and Rembele Airport in Simpang Tiga Redelong District.

For me this is a very memorable experience, because the place we have to go through the road is quite steep. Good road conditions are smooth, so it gives us the ease to go Pantan terong. O, yes on the left and right side of the place lined coffee trees that became the main commodity of Takengon city.
