@teukukemalfasya, dosen Antropologyi FISIP Universitas Malikussaleh Lhokseumawe itu juga mengharapkan kepapa Panitia Pengawas Pemilu (Panwaslu) Kabupaten Aceh Timur untuk lebih mendekati para journalis media online untuk dapat menyampaikan program-program partisifastif masyarakat dalam pengawasan Pemilu Legislatif dan Pemilu Presiden tahun 2019.

Menurutnya, salah satu stakeholder utama Panwaslu dalam pengawasan Pemilu adalah masyarakat. “Panwaslu harus mampu meningkatkan partisipatif politik masyarakat dalam melakukan pengawasan Pemilu, sehingga suara rakyat pada pemilu aman dari segala bentuk kecurangan,” kata @teukukemalfasya, yang juga seorang dosen di Institut Seni dan Budaya Indonesia (ISBI) Aceh Jantho, Aceh, Indonesia.

Teuku Kemal Fasya juga mengatakan partisipatif masyarakat untuk ikut melakukan pengawasn pemilu sejak dini, baik itu dari dari kalangan pelajar, mahasiswa ataupun masyarakat luas lainya. “Saya mengajak masyarakat untuk aktif menjadi bagian suksesnya penyelenggaran pemilu,” ajak @teukukemalfasya.

Ia juga mengharapkan, masyarakat untuk tidak menjadi penonton dalam pelaksanaan pemilu, namun partisipatif masyarakat sangat berperan penting untuk melahirkan wakil rakyat yang benar-benar memikirkan kepentingan masyarakat di legislatif. “Karena hakikat demokrasi lokal adalah bagaimana mendorong partispatif masyarakat untuk berperan dalam pengawasan pemilu, sehingga menghasilkan pemimpin yang bagus dan bijaksana dalam menampung apirasi masyarakat, bukan memikirkan kepentingan pribadi atau kelompoknya,”harap @teukukemalfasya.

Katanya, jika partisipatif politik masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan, niscaya akan menghancurkan politik-politik busuk dengan janji-janji dusta yang digencarkan oleh calon-calon pemimpin yang ingin berkuasa untuk kepentingan pribadi.

Di akhir materinya, @teukukemalfasya mengharapkan kepada Panwaslu Aceh Timur menjadi satu dari tiga hakim yang masuk surga, seperti dalam hadist Rasullullah yang diriwayatkan HR. Tarmizi. Begini hadistnya : “Hakim ada tiga, dua di neraka dan satu di surga. Sesiapa yang menghukumi secara tidak benar, maka ia di neraka. Seorang hakim yang bodoh lalu menghancurkan hak-hak manusia, maka ia di neraka. Dan seorang hakim yang menghukumi dengan benar, maka ia masuk di surga,” (HR. Tarmizi).
