BENEFITS OF ADAS PULOSARI

Fennel (adas) is a spice plant that is often used as a spice cook. This plant is known by other names pulosari so many also call it as fennel pulosari. Spices that are easy to find in Indonesia has long been used as an export commodity. It is not separated from the advantages possessed by fennel pulosari.

As one of the nutritious family medicinal plants, fennel pulosari certainly save a lot of content such as essential oil, anetol, pinen, dipenten, fenkon, limonen, felandren, anisat acid, anisaldehid, and fatty oil.
