Surabaya Heroes Monument (Part II)
The statues leader who Involved in Surabaya Battle on 10 November 1945.
When we step to right from the gate the main area of Heroes Monument, there are three statues of officers who have main role in Surabaya Battle on 10 November 1945. These three officers are Residen Sudirman, R. Muhammad, and Mayjend. Sungkono.
I. R. Muhammad
Below statue we can read about short roled of R. Muhammad.
R. Muhammad is one of former Patriot PETA in Surabaya teritory, who took a part in the meeting with Brigader Mallaby and representative of conference at October 26th 1945 in Internatio Building at Jalan Jayengrono Surabaya.
II. Mayjend. Sungkono
Below statue we can read about short roled of Mayjend. Sungkono.
Mayjend. Sungkono was the Commmander of BKR (Militia Deffence) which is headquater located at Jl. Pregolan No. 4 Surabaya
III. Residen Sudirman.
Below statue we can read about short roled of R. Sudirman.
Residen Sudirman was chief of keresidenan Surabaya who cooperated with Brigader Mallaby in particular Treaty in Internatio Building
Inside Museum Surabaya Heroes Monument
This statue lied on the front section of first floor inside museum. It is describe several Indonesian soldiers who wounded in Surabaya Battle.

Kol. Sungkono Military Identity Card
This military card identity is belong to Kol. Soengkono (Sungkono) before he was appointed as Major General. This card was signatured by Liutenat General Sudirman
Old Radio.
This radio was used for listen to Bung Tomo addresses before 10th November 1945, The Battle of Surabaya. Bung Tomo give speech to raise morale of Indonesian people in Surabaya
