It is what I call the dark days. Your posts are getting unnoticed and you are loosing confidence.
But things can be done to turn things around but it mainly consists of putting lots of effort into Steemit.
People should start trying to build a healthy community by placing genuine comments on other posts. This can have the following side effects:

• the comment can get an upvote, giving to you steem power, increases your rep and giving some SBD.
• people start to interact with you and take a look on your blog and maybe follow you.
  But you need to be genuine and persistent.
