A massive Saman Dance-breaking action, with the world's largest number of dancers held in Aceh, 12,262 dancers, is in the spotlight. A number of foreign media review it.
English media, the Daily Mail, article entitled "Ten thousand Indonesian takes part in traditional dance to entice tourists in order to visit the infamous for Sharia Law region".
Media Malaysia, The Star Online, In the article "Record-breaking dance in Indonesia's Aceh promotes unity" Gayo Lues government for the second time successfully broke the world record after in 2014 presenting dancers as many as 5,05 participants. Saman Gayo Dance has been established by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage on 24 November 2011.
